VEO CS 系列是专为Vieworks TDI线阵相机而设计的镜头，当与12k VT系列(M72)一同使用时，成像效果可达到最佳。是62.5 mm (12k / 5 ㎛)像圈条件下的最佳选择。
性能卓越的高倍率镜头
VEO_CS DIAMOND 3.33X / F2.3的最佳放大倍率为3.33倍，最佳光圈为F/2.3。该镜头色差小，在像端分辨率超过72 LP/mm(物端240 LP/mm)时，也能准确的分辨线对，成像素质卓越。当与VT系列(M72)一同使用时，每个像素能解析1.5 ㎛。

更高的缺陷检出能力
高倍率与高分辨率使超细微缺陷的检测变得更加容易。阈值设定为15时，能检出0.7 ㎛以上的Pinhole缺陷和1.3 ㎛以上的Island缺陷。当检测Open，Short缺陷时，缺陷检出能力相对Pinhole缺陷检测更高。
