VT Sense Series is based on TDI (time delayed integration) technology which increases sensitivity by accumulating signals across multiple lines synchronized in a time-delayed mode. VT Sense Series offers 256 times greater sensitivity with 256 stages and supports higher line rates up to 543 kHz. The series is well-suited for demanding applications including flat panel inspection, semiconductor inspection, and scientific imaging.
BSI (Back-Side Illuminated) Sensor
VT Sense Series' BSI (back-side illuminated) TDI line scan sensors offer enhanced quantum efficiency (QE) and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). BSI sensors allow for greater sensitivity and ensure superior image quality in visible, UV, and NIR imaging. With exceptional sensitivity, VT Sense Series demonstrates excellent performance in low-light environments.
Better Usability
VT Sense Series offers various resolutions from 4k to 16k and supports CoaXPress and CoaXPress-over-Fiber inferfaces. It provides the following image processing options:

- Bidirectional Operation with up to 256 TDI Stages
Various Trigger Methods
VT Sense Series supports a variety of triggers (External Trigger, Frame Start Trigger, Software Trigger) for high-speed scanning machine vision applications. The trigger signal can be set more accurately using 'Rescaler Mode.'
Flexibility on Lens Selection
VT Sense Series supports M42 mount, M58 mount, and M95 mount (C mount and F mount available for some models), making it easier to select lenses.
